Our staff includes executives with over 40 years of collective experience in the fields of finance, mergers, acquisitions, accounting, taxation, operations, management and law.
A. Kelly Williams, Director
Kelly founded Milestone and serves as its Managing Director. He was responsible for developing the fundamental investment criteria and implementing the business plan by sourcing qualified acquisition candidates, evaluating targets, negotiating and closing purchases of portfolio companies, and being integrally involved in developing and implementing the portfolio companies’ growth strategies. Kelly has participated in each portfolio transaction and post-acquisition monitoring for Milestone. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of each of the Milestone portfolio companies.
Kelly holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Texas A&M University, a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M. Taxation) from New York University.
Kelly lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and five children. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Kelly is a very active outdoorsman who enjoys snow skiing, running, biking and golfing.

Michael P. Hanks
Mike has been associated with Milestone Capital, Inc. since 1997, first as a principal of one of the earliest Milestone acquisitions, and subsequently as an investor and advisor in numerous Milestone portfolio companies.
Mike has more than thirty-five years of experience operating and managing both privately held and publicly traded organizations that market their products and services domestically and internationally. This experience includes Board of Director Membership, General Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Operations Management, and New Market Development.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, and was selected to the Executive MBA program at the University of Houston.
Mike resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and three children and serves in an advisory role for numerous charitable organizations. Mike enjoys snow skiing, golfing, ranching and hunting.
